The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Storvessa. We operate this website and online store, including its content, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies linked below, explain the conditions for using our Services. Please read them before placing an order.

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings or normal manufacturing differences. Please check the listed dimensions and specifications before ordering.

Prices, descriptions and availability may change. We may discontinue a product or limit purchase quantities where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Placing an order is an offer to buy the selected products. An order is accepted when we confirm its acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including if a product is unavailable or payment cannot be authorized.

Please review your product choices and delivery address before submitting your order. To request cancellation, email support@storvessa.com as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once processing begins. If an order is cancelled and payment has been collected, we will issue the applicable refund.

Returns, replacements and refunds are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in that policy limits rights provided by applicable law.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

The price charged is the price shown when you place your order, subject to correction of genuine errors where permitted by law. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges will be shown or communicated as required before purchase.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States. Please review our Shipping Policy and the shipping information shown for your order.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If we cannot ship an order within the stated shipping time, we will notify you and, where required, offer you the choice to accept a delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

If an order is delayed, lost, damaged or has another delivery problem, email support@storvessa.com. We will investigate and handle the issue according to our policies and applicable law.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our branding, website design and content owned by or licensed to Storvessa are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping. You may not copy, sell or commercially use protected content without authorization, except where permitted by law.

Shopify’s name and trademarks belong to Shopify or its licensors. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

Some features may be provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Please review those terms before using an optional third-party service.

We may add or change website features. Unless stated otherwise, these Terms will apply to those features.

SECTION 9 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify, but purchases from Storvessa are sales between you and Storvessa. Shopify processes information when you visit or purchase from our store and may provide features using information from interactions with Shopify and other stores, where those features are enabled. Our Privacy Policy provides more information and links to Shopify’s privacy information and choices.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

If you submit a review, suggestion, image or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You give Storvessa permission to use that feedback to operate, improve and promote the Services, subject to applicable law. We may moderate or remove unlawful or inappropriate feedback where permitted by law.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Website information may occasionally contain errors relating to products, prices, promotions, availability or shipping. We may correct genuine errors where permitted by law. We will contact you if a correction affects an order you have placed.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold Storvessa harmless from third-party claims arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, material violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

If we do not enforce a provision immediately, we do not waive our right to enforce it later.
